We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking HR Systems Manager to lead the strategic management and optimisation of our iTrent HR and Payroll system. Based in London, this role is pivotal in ensuring the effective configuration, performance, and continuous improvement of our HR technology landscape. You will act as the key link between HR, Payroll, and IT, driving system excellence, data integrity, compliance, and insightful reporting to support organisational decision-making. Responsibilities:

Lead the configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the iTrent HR and Payroll system.
